Experience:

• At least 15 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

• BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/ DUET graduate applicant will get preference.

• At least 15 years

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Should have at least 10-15 years’ work experience in engineering construction company.

• Applicants must have prior experience in knitting and dyeing design, as well as factory- installed cable network commissioning.

• To make necessary communication with the Consultant, Architect & various clients.

• Strong fluency in English.

• Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.

• Project management and supervision skills.

• Strong communication ability with International Engineering company.

• Good leadership, execution skill, wisdom and challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.

• To monitor day to day of all construction (EEE) work.

• Will be responsible of all building construction, especially EEE part & project work of the organization.

• As per company demands, candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Achieves electrical engineering operational objectives by contributing electrical engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. preparing and completing action plans. implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining administrative system improvements, implementing change.

• Meets electrical engineering financial objectives by forecasting electrical engineering requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

• Develops strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans; studying existing conditions; determining needs to accomplish operational plans; mapping solutions; updating and modifying requirements and solutions; preparing cost estimates and budgets.

• Plans electrical projects by determining specifications; selecting contractors; establishing installation schedules; planning shut-downs and installations; integrating requirements with architectural and mechanical designs; verifying code requirements; updating cost estimates.

• Completes electrical projects by supervising installations; resolving design issues.

• Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.

• Updates job knowledge by remaining current on codes and requirements; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• In charge of preventive maintenance of all production machinery and ensuring to keep record.

• Answerable for troubleshooting and ensuring short time breakdown of production machinery by keeping sufficient spare parts and tools.

• Liable for energy efficient production planning by load control over day & night.

• Leading a good maintenance team for keeping all production and utility equipment functional by reading breakdown time.

• Must have practical experience with AutoCAD software to Prepare, Study and Modify the existing electrical design.

• Must have knowledge of making BOQ, Budget, analysis, and Comparison for the Electromechanical Work/Items as per requirement.

• Must be handling capability of Contractors, Suppliers, and Technicians.

• Prepare and maintain all documentation work [Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Measurements, Bill (MB Book), Adjustment etc]as per requirement.

• To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WASA, Fire Service & Civil Defense Office, and Electrical Licensing Board for related work as per projects.

• Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations, even after office time and on holidays.

• Must have the mentality to work at the project/site and office.

• Responsible for overall construct project electrical safety by ensuring existing and new electrical connection properly as per compliance.

• Responsible to perform any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
