B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. (BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/ DUET/SUST graduate, Project Management Professional course completed & MBA completed applicant will get preference).

Minimum 15 years hand on experience in construction and must have to complete at least two (02) industrial factory building (RCC & Steel Structure) project.
Should have at least 5-6 years’ work experience in abroad or work with international engineering company.
Candidates ready to join at short notice will get privileged.
Project management and supervision skills.
Candidates worked in a factory building construction project will get preference.
To make necessary communication with the Consultant, Architect & various clients.
Strong fluency in English.
Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar.
Strong communication ability with International Engineering company.
Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
To monitor day to day of all construction & civil work.
Will be responsible for all building construction & project work of the organization.
As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibility
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale industrial construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Study & review the working drawing and evaluate the material for procurement in the form of requisition.
Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies of the company.
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
BOQ analysis, Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural, Machine, Plumbing, Fire fitting execution & Contractor bill checking.
Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report with photo as per company policy.
He will report to the honorable Managing Director directly.
Responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
