∎ কৃষি/কৃষিপণ্য সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
∎ কৃষি/কৃষিকাজ সম্পর্কে লেখালেখির অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটার বাংলা টাইপিং স্পিড ভালো থাকতে হবে।
∎ ফটো / ভিডিও এডিটিং জানা থাকতে হবে।
∎ ভারী কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে প্রাধান্য দেওয়া হবে।
∎ কৃষি বিষয়ক লেখালেখির অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে প্রাধান্য দেওয়া হবে।
∎ অনলাইন মার্কেটিং এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে প্রাধান্য দেওয়া হবে।
