∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Proper examination of the patients before approaching for therapy.
∎ 2.Proper documentation of assessment and progression of the patient.
∎ 2.Ensure safe use of therapeutic techniques and other instruments.
∎ 3.Checking indication and contraindication before use any machines to the patients.
∎ 4.Counselling/educate the patient and their family/caregiver to prevent further injury.
∎ 5.Effective communication with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
∎ 6.Checking the consultant prescription summary thoroughly before providing any kind of therapy.
∎ 7.Inform immedietly to Consultant physiotherapist in case of any emergency related to patient care and illness.
∎ 8.Review and evaluate patients through tests, movements, and conversation.Schedule exercises and therapies for patients.
∎ 9.Observe and review patient progress.
∎ 10.Document patient medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical conditions.
