Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in relevant discipline from any Govt. approved university.
∎ Experience of working within NGO will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and evaluating all programs concerning physiotherapy.
∎ Auditing all programs concerning physiotherapy.
∎ Organizing physiotherapy camps.
∎ Coordinating all programs concerning physiotherapy.
∎ Re-educating clinical physiotherapist about treatment.
∎ Providing quality physiotherapy treatment in camps and centers.
∎ To be responsible for the safe and competent use of physiotherapy equipment, patient appliances and aids for patients.
∎ Undertaking any other lawful duties/responsibilities as assigned by the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Self-motivated, energetic with time management skill.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bangla English.
∎ Should have competency in MS office package, e-mail and web browsing.
∎ Must be non-smoker.
∎ Must be willing to travel frequently (15 to 20 days per month).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the regularized employee on successful completion of the probation period.
