- Minimum H.S.C. pass with a completed Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a supervisory role as a Pharmacy In-charge.
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent command of both English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
LAMB is a well-run major Mission Hospital, Community Health Development, Training and Research organization. Services cover more than 6.3 million people in North West Bangladesh.
There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB head Office, Parbatipur, Dinajpur.
Job Summary: Responsible for dispensing medicines upon proper authorization, compounding medicines when required, maintaining accurate records, ensuring adequate stock of medicines, and supervising pharmacy staff.
Job duties:
To dispense medicines on proper authorization to patients with proper instructions how to take medicines.
To dispense medicines to other departments of LAMB including IPD stocks & daily supplies upon receiving proper authorization.
To order, sign for & receive medicines from stores twice weekly.
To keep track of short expired dated medicines & do according to the need
To assist purchase orders for some emergency medicine as required by the Doctors.
To keep cashiers notified of any price changes;
To submit quarterly and half yearly reports as per report form.
To keep accurate records of supplies received and medicine dispensed.
To assist with periodic inventory of stock.
To keep drug supply available in co-operation with the store.
To maintain proper physical environments for medicines, clean storage & temperature control, including monitoring of refrigerator function.
To compound medicines as assigned by LAMB doctors.
To supervise all other pharmacy staffs
To be a member of drug tender committee and share the expert opinion and link for LAMB hospital benefit
To maintain good &healthy relations within department & with all other departments of LAMB.
Any other necessary tasks assigned by the pharmacy supervisor
Job Other Benifits:
Tk. 20,200 - 22,700 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, medical benefit, critical illness & death benefit and recreation.
