Experience:

• At least 3 years

• SSC

• Age At most 35 years

• Completed C-Grade Pharmacy Certificate Course (3 months) from any reputed institute, registered under the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council is mandatory.

• At least 3 years working experience in similar position in any model pharmacy or Clinic/ hospital pharmacy/ medicine shop.

• Maximum 35 years of age (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Record keeping and documentation skills.

• Familiar with using pharmacy software and sound knowledge of MS Office application suite.

• Ensure best pharmacy services including good dispensing practices, counseling patients, labeling dispensed medicines, storage of medicines, management of expiry products etc. in accordance with the guideline of SMC Model Pharmacy.

• Responsible to ensure damaged, counterfeit, substandard, or expired medicines are dispensed and medicines dispensed are registered by the DGDA.

• Ensure that the model pharmacy dispensing and training guideline/ standards and the existing DGDA laws, ordinance and rules are maintained while dispensing medicines.

• Arrange pharmacy stock on shelves/ cabinets and refrigerator for maintaining proper temperature.

• Maintain proper documentation including legal documents and records of all products & services and will generate necessary reports as per requirements of the pharmacy management.

• Ensure cleanliness of the pharmacy through regular monitoring and also ensure visibility of the products.

• Provide efforts to increase revenue towards achieving sustainability in the long run.
