Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Chambers.
∎ Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
∎ Organize office meetings, appointments, and calendar.
∎ Update all personal and professional calendars with correct schedules and dates for appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting, and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
∎ Coordinate with the management team, other departments, and all wings of the Group as per requirement.
∎ Typing and Filing Documents in a professional manner.
∎ Manage the Chambers social media sites.
∎ To arrange and coordinate business meetings/conferences inside and outside the office.
∎ To ensure filing, records, and database of personal and business documents of the office.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned from time to time by the Head of Chambers.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating).
∎ Good typing speed in Bengal and English.
∎ Trustworthy & Sincere.
∎ Must be computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Emailing is a must.
