We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our Bangladesh office and lead paid media efforts for our education-focused projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive high-quality student leads across various platforms and markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector and collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on:
o Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Other platforms such as TikTok Ads or LinkedIn (as needed)
· Build targeted campaigns for different course types and regions (e.g. South Asia, Africa, Middle East)
· Optimize campaigns to improve:
o Lead Quality
o Click-Through Rate (CTR)
o Cost Per Lead (CPL)
o Conversion Rates
o Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
· Work closely with the conversion and admissions team to incorporate feedback and adjust targeting
· Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and landing pages
· Monitor and report performance across campaigns using platforms such as:
o Meta Business Suite
o Google Ads Manager
o Google Analytics
· Maintain daily budgets and allocate spend based on performance and lead targets
· Continuously explore new channels and methods to reach potential learners
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
• Demonstrated success managing lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of the education or edtech industry
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other campaign tracking tools
• Knowledge of custom audiences, retargeting, and performance optimization strategies
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work UK hours (2 PM to 10 PM BD time)
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads for education audiences
Background working with lead funnels or education CRMs
Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or Typeform
Previous experience in international or remote team environments
