∎ Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in DOUBLE DEGREE IN HRM
∎ Skills Required: HR payroll, payroll management, Payroll Processing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily routine payroll activities
∎ Handling employee grievances
∎ Payroll activities
∎ Increment, skill review, incentive, bonus, confirmation, promotion, F&F, & other payroll activities
∎ Sound knowledge on recent/updated payroll tax changes/rules
∎ Sound Knowledge on monthly payroll activities
∎ Payroll MIS reports
∎ Bepza rules & regulations knowledge
∎ Employee's training
∎ Good in Excel & computer knowledge

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in computer & quick learner & should have the knowledge on recent or latest updates of the payroll rules & regulations with qualification double degree in HRM

Salary:
