∎ PGD in HRM.
∎ Skills Required: HRIS

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRIS/ HR Database Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Attendance, Overtime, Leave, Holiday, and necessary checking payroll preparation sheet.
∎ Maintain the daily attendance of employees, input & preservation of corrected daily attendance and overtime records.
∎ Leave posting and maintaining its record.
∎ Visit production floor for necessary cross checking of attendance & overtime and motivational works for workers.
∎ Maintaining personal files, Service book, records and its updating.
∎ Personnel file update and its record keeping properly.
∎ Prepare payroll preparation sheet and sent for necessary checking.
∎ Prepare salary sheet and pay slip.
∎ Prepare and handle month wise list for the yearly increment and promotion.
∎ Updating the Salary for the employees due to confirmation, yearly increment or special increment.
∎ Time to time HRMS update by Salary, Wages, pay scale, incentives, allowances etc.
∎ Time to time HRMS updating by Resignation, Termination, Dismissal, Discharge etc.
∎ Co-operation and check Final settlement bills, Maternity leave benefit bill (Prenatal & Postnatal), Subsistence allowance bill, etc.
∎ Various types of letters-Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment and Promotion.
∎ Necessary supports to compliance team during buyer's audit.
∎ Necessary report provide to the Manager-HR
∎ Monthly New recruit and separation report.
∎ Assist and update Sr. Manager.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
