Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
5+ years of experience in pattern making within the fashion industry.
Proficient in pattern making software such as Winda, Gerber, Lectra, Optitex.
Especially Pattern making software Winda is prefered.
Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fabric knowledge.
Fitting and adjustments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for preparing pattern & sample.
To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern and sample.
Create accurate and detailed patterns based on design sketches and specifications.
Collaborate with designers to understand their vision and ensure patterns meet design requirements.
Adjust patterns for different sizes and styles while maintaining design integrity.
Work with sample makers and production teams to troubleshoot fitting issues and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain and organize pattern files and documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advanced pattern making techniques.
able to handle variety of woven & ladies items.
Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & grading must have sufficient technical knowledge.
Able to efficiently choose right attachment for higher bulk production & Quality.
Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting section & follow up it in practical.
