Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in using BOK or WINDA software for 2D pattern making
∎ To ensure Consumption, Pattern Development, and Grading.
∎ To know Pattern making by Manual & Software and size-wise grading.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers at best.
∎ To ensure sample quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting, etc.), and all technical aspects fully comply with the buyer's requirements.
∎ Check sample quality, styling, measurement, dummy fitting, etc.
∎ Review and Understand buyer and department heads' comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary corrections as required by the buyer.
∎ To communicate and provide technical advice, and support to merchandising staff, factories, and production team members.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments, and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes.
∎ For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details of other trims, and communicating the information to the merchants to support material ordering purposes.
∎ Ensure housekeeping rules are followed at all times and ensure all equipment is clean.
∎ Provides technical advice and support to customers, merchandising staff, factories, and production team members.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 year(s) experience in Jacket factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Computer skill * Woven Jacket pattern, woven Jacket factory.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Able to do work under pressure.
