Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pattern maker reviews TP/BOM/Design sketch to make the pattern.
∎ If Buyer given pattern by mail, then review the pattern and prepare pattern with necessary seam allowance.
∎ After reviewed the Design sketch/ BOM/TP with given pattern, if found any discrepancies then send to the mail buyer for solve. After get confirmation from buyer then proceed to sampling.
∎ To make the pattern according Design sketch/ BOM/TP with all of information. As well as grading also.
∎ After cut the pattern master must ensure that pattern is ok, like measurement, cut mark and all of necessary part and seam allowance before delivery to the cutting section with document file and reference sample.
∎ Print/Embroidery placement, pocket placement with finish pattern, back moon, facing and others will also be delivered with pattern.
∎ If critical process/operation to make a mock up for bulk friendly and share with related manager/merchandiser/buyer. After get the buyer approval then make the pattern.
∎ After getting sample approval from the buyer, then pattern is rectified and checked by the pattern maker with seal before deliver to production for trial purpose.
∎ To ensure print and embroidery grading and position for production.
∎ All document and buyer comments must be kept in file for recorded.
