Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely pattern or sample making of Ladies Tops woven production with lectra software
∎ Preparing the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation
∎ Ensure sample approval rate as per KPI
∎ Design or direct pattern making manually and electronically (Lectra, Investronica)
∎ Maximize the capacity utilization
∎ Plan, organize and manage work plans for CAD team
∎ Provide guidance and direction to CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample and CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs
∎ Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues
∎ Actively engage in Product development part
∎ Identify opportunity & recommendations for increasing workflow efficiency
∎ Follow up pattern as assigned by buyers for SMS, PP Sample & approve accordingly
∎ Responsible for pattern direction, fabric selection, proto and tech packs preparation as per instruction of buyers
∎ KPI:
∎ 95% 1st sample approval
∎ 100% on time delivery
∎ 100% Sample approval
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Communication and leadership skills are prerequisite for the position;
∎ Must be experienced in Lectra and Investronica software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Oven Garments, Sample & CAD function.
∎ Must have experience in Ladies Blows/tops production
∎ Must have working experience with C&A, Camaïeu, etc.
∎ Computer literacy is a must exclusively in office package
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Yearly two festival bonus , Yearly increment
