∎ Skills Requirement:- CAD, Pattern making manual and technical.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Pattern Maker
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead pattern master’s.
∎ To ensure garments efficient, consumption, pattern development.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Review and understand designer comments on pattern & Sample and take necessary action for sample development.
∎ To provide technical advice and support designer, merchandiser staffs, factories and production team members.
∎ To all time communicate with merchandiser and factory production staffs.
∎ Develop, Implement and enforce CAD standards.
∎ Pattern design, grading and marker making.
∎ Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & grading, Must have sufficient technical knowledge.
∎ Should have experience in both manual & Auto pattern making.
∎ Should have experience in all Men's & Women's item pattern (Polo shirt, Shirt, Panjabi, Pant, Kurtis, Tops, Bottoms etc.
∎ Overall responsible of CAD, Pattern & Sample with production line follow up.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Retail with Fashion house.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Production management (Cutting), Production management (Sewing).
∎ Computer knowledge emailing, MS Word, MS Excel, Graphics.
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill.
