∎ A Level, O Level

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sample quality, construction & measurement
∎ Planning and organizing all Sample schedules
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedure & practice
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Sample reviewing with local BD buying office
∎ Necessary initiative has to take in order to achieve daily & monthly planned target
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection
∎ On time sample making
∎ Carrying out any other jobs assigned from time to time.
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Overseeing production processes
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
∎ Supervising the work of junior staff
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have good concept about Planning
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Must have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Knowledge on Compliance and safety
∎ Strong Analytical skill
∎ Proficiency in English language & good communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
