Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of pattern masters for development CAD and Bulk CAD patterns & Consumption of Knit products by using Lectra Software.
∎ Organize overall activities of the CAD Section and ensure uniform distribution of work among the team members (Plan, supervise and overall responsibility.)
∎ Review and understand sample tech pack and pattern adjustment according to buyer comments.
∎ To ensure Pattern quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc for all types of Knit products), and all technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Conduct risk analysis meeting with GT team before starting new development.
∎ To be able to propose solutions where buyer measurements cannot be respected.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and create a library of block pattern.
∎ To provide CAD technical advice and support to Buyer, merchandising staffs & factories, and production team members
∎ Target to have (100 percent) first fit sample approval to save time.
∎ Must have good knowledge of woven & knit garment manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Communicate with Customer nominated Technical and PD team if raise any confusion
∎ Understand buyer concept and idea to develop new product.
∎ Ensure sample approval rate as per KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cad software and Sample.
∎ To use CAD system to prepare knit garment sample and production mark
∎ English literacy is a must.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Able to make any kind of pattern for Fashionable garments
