Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make a product.
∎ Create patterns in Lectra CAD software as per Buyer Specifications and Design requirements
∎ Create Pattern from which to mass-produce a design concept
∎ Execute Size Grading, Marker, and Consumptions with the best efficiency
∎ Guide the sample makers to adhere to the technical specifications whilst sewing
∎ Provide instructions to factories on pattern making/ grading, garment construction, and sewing operations and find alternatives
∎ Check conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification, etc.)
∎ Monitor fit, measurements, and workmanship according to the customer requirements, from Development to Production
∎ Evaluate the sample for fit, proportion, silhouette, seam positions, and other design features and subsequently make the necessary rectifications whilst consulting the sample room manager in the event of complications
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ He must have the experience to make all types of shirts pattern for men and dress, blouse shirt for women.
∎ Must have experience in using Lectra software for 2D pattern making.
∎ Must have good knowledge of general measurement specs and shrinkage allowance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Woven and Knit, Costing & Production Marker
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - Advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
