Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the above position (pattern making) of which, at least 3 years in Jeanswear
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (essentially MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Proficient in English
∎ Experience primarily in woven bottoms
∎ Compute dimensions of patterns according to sizes, considering stretching of material.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments, computers, and/or grading devices.
∎ Draw details on outlined parts to indicate where parts are to be joined including sewing allowance
∎ Experience in operating PAD and TUKA systems software
