Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Medical Assistant Training with certificate from recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Treatment of patient
∎ Perform procedures.
∎ Screening patient
∎ Registration
∎ Stock management
∎ Carry out Social Behavioral Change Communication
∎ Meet and greet each and every patient.
∎ General/Outdoor management and treatment of the patients.
∎ Registration of patients in patients’ register.
∎ Taking care of surgical patients in ward especially doing all the dressing, placing plaster for orthopedics patients, stitching of traumatic injury patients.
∎ Preparation of monthly report and send it to MO.
∎ Primary screening of the patients for the surgery.
∎ Post-operative treatment consulting with MO/Anesthetist.
∎ Preparation of Medicine requisition for secondary health camps with the help & supervision of MO
∎ Maintain cleanliness of own service area.
∎ Emergency patients’ management and complicated patients’ referral to MO or to advanced facility for better treatment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Take active part during secondary health camp.
∎ Participate in different training programs.
∎ Take part in BCC, Counseling & health education.
∎ Maintain daily quality check list.
∎ Practice teamwork.
∎ Experience in SRHR is preferred for Male Staff
∎ Experience in Gynecological Treatment & SRHR is required for Female Staff.
∎ Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge of computer operation specially MS Office.
∎ Any work assigned by line manager/supervisor.
