Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate in English Department from any reputed public and private university.
∎ Fresh graduates majoring in any discipline (All courses except for internship must be completed)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop overall global and corporate communications for the company
∎ She/He needs to manage and prioritize all the international outgoing and incoming correspondence.
∎ To ensure business objectives, need to negotiate and communicate with all international suppliers.
∎ Make travel arrangements and scheduling all official meetings
∎ Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
∎ Coordinate with vendors on all prices of products and recommend ways to reduce costs of components and prepare non disclosure agreement for various sources.
∎ Establish and maintain effective relationships with outside partners associated with communications, marketing and PR activities.
∎ Handle and resolve international customer complains.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquires.
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports and Maintain customer databases.
∎ Develop new suppliers in various low-cost regions of world.
∎ Resolving any situation & any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill and ability.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong writing & oral communication in English and Excellent drafting skills of business letter in English is a must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer operation.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 10,000 internship allowance per month

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
