Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive Raw Material According to Product.
∎ Check electric voltage & compressor air.
∎ Check & Setup machine before going production.
∎ Setting machine programs & parameter.
∎ Supervise of the full production floor.
∎ Supervise the production and make sure production line running smoothly.
∎ Analyze machinery breakdown & provide solution.
∎ Setting manpower according to machine.
∎ Monitoring & Supervise workers.
∎ Shutdown Machine Appropriate Way.
∎ Prepare daily labor bill & OT.
∎ Prepare daily production report.
∎ Communicate to technical manager for all types of maintenance work.
