• Develop and design domestic and international tour packages.

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local guides.

• Handle cost calculations, itinerary planning, and pricing strategies.

• Monitor market trends and update packages accordingly.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

• Provide detailed information on tour packages and travel requirements.

• Assist clients in choosing suitable packages based on their needs.

• Close sales and process bookings efficiently.

• Ensure seamless execution of tour programs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during tours.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages.

• Maintain social media engagement and website updates.

• Assist in designing promotional materials, including brochures and flyers.

• Negotiate with vendors and service providers for competitive rates.

• Maintain relationships with local and international tourism boards.

• Ensure quality assurance for partnered services.

• Ensure compliance with government tourism regulations.
