Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a fluently English-speaking Telemarketing Executive responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments over the phone. As a Telemarketing Executive, your primary duties include contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and arranging appointments for the sales team.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a keen ability to engage with customers. Attention to detail is essential for accurately documenting appointment details and managing schedules efficiently.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Contacting potential clients via phone to schedule appointments.

  • Asking relevant questions to understand client needs and preferences.

  • Coordinating and confirming appointments with the sales team.

  • Informing clients about the purpose of the appointments.

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.

  • Demonstrating patience and the ability to engage customers in conversation.

  • Ensuring all scheduled appointments meet the company`s criteria.
