Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Nutrition Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide Technical Training for Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNV) on Community outreach activities.
∎ To build the capacity of Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNV) on CMAM.
∎ To distribute Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNV) according to Geographical Location and HHs numbers.
∎ To provide Job aid for subordinate team members.
∎ To ensure daily screening of U5 & PLW at the community level.
∎ To Provide day to day Support to CNV to find active case at community/HHs level.
∎ To ensure referral mechanism between the nutrition facilities, especially to SC.
∎ To ensure beneficiary follow-up according to CMAM guideline.
∎ To visit HHs to ensure the quality of Anthropometric Measurement of Outreach team.
∎ To liaison with Stakeholders at the community level.
∎ To maintain effective collaboration and coordination with CIC officials.
∎ To facilitate Nutrition Sector and other stakeholder's meeting at camp level.
∎ To facilitate awareness sessions at the community level.
∎ To monitor the daily activities of CNVs
∎ To provide a daily report to the Site Supervisor and/or Deputy Program Manager on regular activities.
∎ To identify program gaps and take necessary actions according to Supervisor's consent.
∎ To assist Site supervisor in their day-to-day activities in and around the Integrated Nutrition Facility.
∎ To generate reports on BMS violating.
∎ To solve the problem arising from any conflicts among the volunteers/staffs .
∎ To give support CBT or Cash-Based Transfer activities
∎ To make daily, weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly reports on CMAM accurately & submit to DPM/PM
∎ To make an accurate report on Logistic Item.
∎ To have good experience in liaison maintain with, Block/Sub Majhi & all Community Partners at the camp level.
∎ Other activities assigned by respective supervisors/managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years working experience in Health Nutrition Interventions.
∎ Practical Knowledge in SAM & MAM management.
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bengali
∎ English: Professional Written and Spoken
∎ Knowledge on local dialects (Cox's Bazar region/ Rohingya dialect) is an asset.
Salary: Tk. 78750 (Monthly)
