Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic: (10%)
∎ BYLC’s Strategies and project goals, policies, plans, and guidelines are properly maintained
∎ Support to enhance on to establish strategies for organizational and institutional development, growth, and sustainability
∎ Initiatives to enhance BYLC’s image and leadership role nationally and globally
∎ Follow institutional and program regulatory and adherence of country laws and regulations
∎ Promote and practice BYLC Values (Integrity, Respect Towards Others, Empathy, Excellence in everything We Do, Continuous Development and Practice Adapting Leadership) at all times
∎ Ensure Safeguard and protection of life and dignity of all associated personnel of BYLC as well as the assets and property.
∎ Operational: (80%)
∎ Photo, Video and Graphics:
∎ Compile and update media contact list and prepare press release/media advisory writing, editing, distribution, and media outreach
∎ Identify and research opportunities to share USAID BIJOYEE Activity Project stories with relevant journalists and media outlets
∎ Must understand the NEET and EET youth-related issues in respective project areas Edit and format photos and videos for digital media, adhering to USAID BIJOYEE Activity Project guidelines using Canva or Adobe products, including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
∎ Fluent Photography and videography skills to conduct training and take photos/videos in events and field
∎ Digital asset management, including cameras and any other equipment
∎ Archiving all digital products.
∎ Social Media:
∎ Promote USAID BIJOYEE Activity projects and organizational content & media coverage on USAID BIJOYEE Activity Project Social Media channels
∎ Create and coordinate content for social media campaigns and observances
∎ Source content from staff around the country and at events.
∎ Social media planning, research, reporting, and coordination as assigned
∎ Events:
∎ Promote USAID BIJOYEE Activity Project by organizing and supporting various events
∎ Design content and graphics for events
∎ Promote events externally and internally through various channels
∎ People Management and Relationship Building: (10%)
∎ Maintain relationships with local authorities, government, NGO, and relevant stakeholders
∎ Represent BYLC on any platform build and maintain relationships with relevant partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ • Experience working at an INGO/NGO will be highly preferred.
∎ • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Good time management and organizational skills.
