• 2–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, Export outlet, boutique, or clothing shops.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.    

• Proficiency in inventory management, retail operations, and Sales software.     

• Competent in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

• Drive sales and ensure shop performance meets targets.

• Manage client interactions, delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.

• Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff to achieve peak performance.

• Maintain shop presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.

• Manage inventory, stock control, and conduct regular audits.

• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and other financial transactions.

• Coordinate in-shop promotions, marketing activities, and events.

• Implement processes to enhance operations and the customer experience.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
