Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales target.
∎ Guiding and motivating salespeople properly to achieve monthly and daily sales targets
∎ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
∎ Proper cash handling
∎ Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all stock items
∎ Report on buying trends, customer needs
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly report to the management
∎ Mentality to work extended hours (Long time).
∎ Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe, and ensure CCTV operations.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of the retail outlet.
