• Age 25 to 40 years

• Have to be young, smart, energetic, and work under pressure and long hours.

• Professional, amicable, and presentable to provide exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel).

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target.

• Guiding and motivating salespeople properly to achieve monthly and daily sales targets

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Proper cash handling

• Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all stock items

• Report on buying trends, customer needs

• Daily/weekly/monthly report to the management

• Mentality to work extended hours (Long time).

• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe, and ensure CCTV operations.

• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of the retail outlet.
