• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target.
• Guiding and motivating sales people properly to achieved monthly and daily sales targets
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Proper cash handling
• Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.
• Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all fewer stock items
• Report on buying trends, customer needs
• Daily / weekly / monthly report to the management
• Mentality to work extended hours (Long time)
• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation
• Ensure proper maintenance and smoothly operation of retail outlet
