Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage daily store operations for smooth performance.
- Drive sales targets, track KPIs and boost revenue.
- Recruit, train, schedule and supervise store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Control inventory to avoid shortages, overstock and shrinkage.
- Maintain attractive displays aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee cash handling, billing and daily reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
