∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ At least 2 -3years of experience as Manager (Outlet).
∎ Educational qualification is relatable in case of eligibility of 5 years’ Experience in distribution house as Manager.
∎ Experience with E-commerce will be given preference.
∎ Good operating skills of Microsoft Office package; and
∎ Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla;
∎ Understanding and speaking the local language of the project area is an advantage.
∎ Working Experience in similar roles with the national/international organization will be added an advantage.
∎ Proven experience in outlet management with a strong understanding of retail operations.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact professionally with customers.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
∎ Passion for hospitality, Food, and beverage industry trends, with a customer- centric mindset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement and customer loyalty.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new techniques into strategies
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations within the outlet.
∎ The duties are responsibilities of the Assistant Coordinator are as follows:
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
