Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of financial technology trends and innovations .   

  • Proficiency in financial data analysis.    

  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla.      

  • practical experience of using  Microfin 360 degree software and ERP software.

  • Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.      

  • Flexibility to accommodate changing needs      

  • Attention to detail and organized    

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving     

  • Experience in project management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Accounts department of the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial sustainability.

  • Ensure expenses as per approves budgets and  monitor expenditure, analyze financial data, and identify trends to support evidence-based decision-making.

  • Generate comprehensive financial reports for donors and senior management; Prepare accurate financial statements for external and internal audit processes, ensuring full compliance with donor and regulatory requirements and international accounting standards.

  • Able to coordinate with Finance, Project Teams, and relevant departments to prepare and prepare accurate budgets, project completion reports, and necessary documentations for relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare responses to external and internal audit findings; guide the preparation of analytical reports and ensure effective communication with teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensure secure confidentiality of all financial and project-related documentation; manage to approval processes and ensure timely dissemination of key communications to field offices.

  • Establish and maintain efficient administrative and financial record-keeping systems to ensure transparency, accountability, and readiness of the organization.
