Additional Requirements:

  •  Written and oral communication skills both in English & Bangla.      

  • Good command on MS-Office (MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.), knowledge in hotel management software.      

  • Excellent communication, advocacy, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Willingness to travel to, and work in, remote areas.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure smooth overall daily operations of the Innovation Hub.     

  • Prepare and implement business strategies and plan to ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.       

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreational services.      

  • Ensure financial discipline, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

  •  Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.   

  • Responsible for maintenance renovations, new service launches, etc. Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.     

  • Establish strong vendor and stakeholder relationships for smooth operations and supply chain management.

  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues proactively to maintain a positive guest experience.

  •  Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt business strategies for a competitive edge.
