Willingness to travel to, and work in, remote areas.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth overall daily operations of the Innovation Hub.
Prepare and implement business strategies and plan to ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreational services.
Ensure financial discipline, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
Responsible for maintenance renovations, new service launches, etc. Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Establish strong vendor and stakeholder relationships for smooth operations and supply chain management.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues proactively to maintain a positive guest experience.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt business strategies for a competitive edge.
