Responsibilities & Context:
As Comfystyle (comfystyle.com.bd) continues to expand its retail presence, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Outlet Manager to lead our store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth store functioning
Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet team to achieve sales and service goals
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability
Ensure effective visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports
Coordinate with Head Office and supporting departments for smooth execution
Manage store expenses, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies
Support promotional activities, campaigns, events, and new product launches
