Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fashion Design, Fashion Designing in any reputed local fashion brand, Fashion House
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage design process from conception through to final styling
∎ Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques and seeking design inspiration
∎ Select fabrics and trims
∎ Conduct brainstorming, designing and producing concepts
∎ Adapt existing designs for bulk production
∎ Create production sketches and technical package
∎ Review product for style and fit during presentation
∎ Follow planning of seasons/festivals and create design accordingly
∎ Ensure materials booking in advance for next seasons sample development
∎ Develop and explore new techniques for design purpose like- new washing, new dyeing technique, new printing technique, embroidery, fit and silhouette development etc.
