Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have experience as an outlet manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing etc. An effective outlet manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet financial objectives by preparing an effective annual budget for the outlet and initiate corrective actions to control cost, shrinkage and damage to enhance profitability
∎ Maintain retail and VM standard of the outlet to ensure comfortable shopping experience for the customers - Ensure all customer service parameters are monitored and maintained on the floor
∎ Develop and retain staff through feedback, coaching and performance evaluation - Maintain optimum stock inventory as per the sales trend and business plan
∎ Supervise outlet accountant/cashier to perform all financial activities at the outlet - Accomplish outlet maintenance tasks (admin, security & general) in coordination with the relevant departments
∎ Prepare business reports to analyze work areas and future developments as per the requirements - Maintain liaison with local administration, landowners etc.
∎ Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
∎ Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
∎ Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
∎ Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
∎ Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Conducting meetings with outlet management team as well as represent outlet in different meetings & discussions with higher management.
∎ Walking through the sales floor regularly, talking to staff and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
∎ Planning cost effective ways to run day to day store operations.
∎ Studying market, survey for new trends & initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have fluent in English Language both in written and speaking
∎ Bachelor Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field; MSc/MBA is desirable
∎ Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
∎ Knowledge of retail management best practices
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Excellent organizing and leadership skills
