Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets every guest with a genuine smile and eye contact.
∎ Serves every product with smile and hospitality comment.
∎ Thank every guest for his / her visit.
∎ Knows the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso.
∎ Is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard.
∎ Has the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
∎ Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages.
∎ Knows the descriptions, basic ingredients and serving standards for all food items from the menu.
∎ Follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines.
∎ Handles the basic level of product related complaints.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years of food and beverage service industry experience required.
∎ Brew Master / Senior Brew Master is responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the SOP; follow the 4 steps of guest service and maintaining the cleaning hygiene aspects of the store.
