∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): retail Sales, Retail Stores/ Shops
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Handicraft, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the sales target monthly and annually.
∎ Maintain hygiene in the Outlet.
∎ Manage all other sales staff of the outlet.
∎ Communicate with senior official regarding target vs. achievement
∎ Prepare inventory report and sales report as per requirements.
∎ Deal with customers with excellent service.
∎ Ensure proper security and compliance of the outlet.
∎ Responsible for administrative & inter-departmental works as required.
∎ Execute any other jobs assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well groomed, smart and dynamic.
∎ Must be capable to operate computer especially MS Excel, Word and POS software.
∎ Must have managerial capabilities.
∎ Must be able to speak fluently both English and Bengali.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy
