Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Call Center Executive at digiskiller.com in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Outbound Call Center Executive will be responsible for outbound calls to potential clients, lead generation, communication, account management, and developing strong business relationships to drive growth and sales for the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and drive sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Create and customize proposals for prospective clients
  • Find email addresses for targeted campaigns and draft personalized emails
  • Regularly follow up with leads and clients, ensuring effective communication and engagement
  • Record and share communication using Loom for client interaction and updates
  • Document call outcomes, customer interactions, and next steps for follow-up
  • Must be able to speak English and record voice with Loom
  • We will give you a 7-day training session and teach you all of these

Work Time

Shift - 12 pm to 9 pm
