Experience:

• Age 28 to 40 years

Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field (Solar PV system)

Prior similar work experience in the camps or rural area will be preferred

Strong technical skills in solar PV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with proven ability to ensure system reliability, safety compliance, and effective coordination with O&M teams and stakeholders

Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)

Team management

Ability to work under limited supervision

Dynamism

Good report writing ability

Computer skills

Supervise and guide field electricians in installing and maintaining solar systems, wiring, and other electrical connections in camps.

Ensure all solar PV systems and electrical networks are functioning properly and safely.

Monitor daily O&M activities and make sure any technical issues or system faults are fixed quickly.

Check and confirm maintenance logs, repair reports, and stock records prepared by field staff.

Work closely with O&M Committees, User Groups, and CMO for regular coordination and problem-solving.

Ensure safety measures are followed during all electrical work and maintenance.

Prepare simple progress updates and share them with the Renewable Energy Expert or project management team.
