Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In-depth knowledge of the development sector, including NGOs and CSOs.
∎ Familiarity with the quality and compliance standards of major donors such as USAID, FCDO, EU, and UN organizations.
∎ A minimum of 7 years of combined on-job and consulting experience in organizational development.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of organizational behaviour and change management.
∎ Experience in developing organizational policies in areas such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Gender etc.
∎ Proven skills in training, facilitation, and managing workshops.
∎ Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadline
∎ High-quality report writing ability in both English and Bengali
