Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software operations manager.
∎ The responsibilities include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing software developers and giving customer presentations.
∎ You don`t need to have a CSE degree. You will work with technical people but your technical skill is not mandatory.
∎ Fluent in English is a must. You need to communicate with foreign clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate software engineers and clients for the flawless execution of projects
∎ Track outstanding deliverables, milestones and change requests.
∎ Monitor and enhance software development, troubleshooting and QA process.
∎ Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
∎ Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
∎ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
∎ Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
