Responsibilities & Context: Kidoo, an allied concern of Wafi Solutions, is a learning platform that ensures quality and safe education for children. Kidoo is primarily involved in publication of books for children; and conducting live and pre-recorded courses online.
Kidoo is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns; and at the same time, to provide outstanding support to internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service capabilities, along with strong digital marketing skills, creativity, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions through various online channels. This role specifically requires expertise in IT-based services, digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
- Generate ideas for ad campaigns for selling courses, books, etc.
- Assist content creators to develop contents (banners, videos, captions, emails, organic posts, blogs, emails, etc.) for ad campaigns and regular social media posts
- Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and engagement across digital channels, including websites, social media, email, and search engines
- Provide ideas and instructions for contents (blogs, organic posts, advertisements, banners, thumbnails, video contents, etc.) to content creators
- Schedule and post on social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, etc.) on regular basis
- Plan ahead to ensure availability of sufficient contents (video, banners, captions, organic posts, etc.) for day to day scheduling and posting on social media
- Plan and execute promotional activities for books and courses (discounts, bundle offers, limited time offers, etc.)
- Communicate and provide necessary support to the authors, instructors and course designers
- Maintain and update course materials for online courses in learning portal
- Respond to queries to potential and existing students and customers
- Provide necessary support to enrolled students regarding courses and other relevant matters
- Assist website developers in optimizing website, user experience and conversion funnels to improve online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders (content creators, influencers, website designers, graphics designers, video editors, etc.) for effective marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including, display ads, and social media ads, to achieve campaign objectives, and engagement and conversion targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop appropriate audience segmentation to improve digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the digital landscape
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives and projects
- Maintain accurate and organized records of digital marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics
