Job Description / Responsibility:
Summary: We are looking for a powerhouse leader to spearhead our US-based Property Preservation business from Bangladesh. The ideal candidate must be a veteran in the US Property Preservation industry, possessing the rare ability to both acquire new business (vendor/client acquisition) and manage the entire operational lifecycle without supervision. We want someone who can take the steering wheel while the owner maintains a visionary role.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth: Independently identify and secure new work orders, contracts, and clients (Nationals and Regionals) within the US Property Preservation industry.
End-to-End Operations: Oversee the entire workflow, from receiving work orders to final submission, ensuring 100% accuracy and deadline compliance.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Work Order Processors and Quality Control (QC) analysts in Bangladesh.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, handling all negotiations, disputes, and updates.
Software Expertise: Masterful command over industry tools like Property Pres Wizard (PPW), Pruvan, EZInspections, and various national portals.
Process Optimization: Implement systems to maximize profit margins and minimize "chargebacks" or "rejections."
Requirements (Candidate Profile):
Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in the US Property Preservation industry (must know the "ins and outs" of HUD, P&P, and REO guidelines).
Proven Track Record: Experience in bringing in new business or managing large-scale portfolios independently.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cost estimation, repair bidding, and photo documentation as per US standards.
Leadership: Must have prior experience leading a team.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) to deal with US clients/vendors.
Decision Making: Ability to work during US Business Hours (Night Shift) and make critical decisions independently.
