Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily operations across counseling, admissions, visa assistance, and customer service teams.
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services to students and partner institutions.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team targets.
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and oversee team performance.
Ensure an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry to final departure.
Resolve student or partner institution concerns or escalated issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, test preparation centers, and other partners.
Streamline workflows and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives by coordinating seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Contribute insights for partnership development and market expansion.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
