∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years in student counseling, preferably in study abroad services.
∎ Strong knowledge of admission processes for, UK, and Europe.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Portal Management, and CRM systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study programs, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
∎ Assist students in selecting the right course and university based on their academic background and career goals.
∎ Handle end-to-end application processes, including document preparation and university submissions.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
∎ Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops for students and parents.
∎ Manage a team of junior counselors and provide necessary training.
∎ Address student queries via email, phone, or in-person consultations.
