Ray Advertising is looking for a proactive, organized, and leadership-driven Operations Manager / Department Manager to join our growing team. We’re hiring for both On-site (Bogura Office) and Remote (Work From Home) opportunities.
This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM BD time — including a 1-hour break.

We are expanding our operations in Bangladesh to strengthen our management structure. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in executing company strategies, maintaining team accountability, and ensuring smooth communication between our Bangladesh and U.S. teams.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for executing directives from higher management, maintaining KPI and performance standards, and ensuring each department — Marketing, IT & Design, and Affiliate & Quality Control — operates efficiently and within deadlines.
This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and reporting skills, as well as hands-on experience in task management, CRM operations, and team supervision. The individual will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring every plan is executed properly and results are tracked and reported.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate operations across Marketing, IT & Design, and Affiliate & Quality Control departments.
Ensure each department’s daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables align with company goals, priorities, and timelines.
Track Marketing activities including SEO performance, content output, and lead generation progress.
Oversee IT and Design projects including web development, automations, technical fixes, and creative deliverables.
Monitor Affiliate operations such as campaign setups, offer deployments, traffic flow, and QA audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain alignment between technical, creative, and marketing teams by coordinating workflow, dependencies, and interdepartmental communication.
Execute all senior-management operational plans, directives, and instructions to ensure department-wide alignment.
Assign, schedule, and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for all departments through CRM, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
Ensure task ownership, deadlines, and priorities are clearly communicated and followed.
Maintain an updated company-wide task tracker with status, progress, and dependencies.
Conduct daily task reviews to ensure accountability, consistent work output, and alignment with operational goals.
Identify workflow issues, delays, or bottlenecks early and take corrective action promptly.
Maintain SOP adherence across teams and ensure proper execution of processes.
Maintain internal performance tracking through CRM activity logs, Google Sheets trackers, and dashboard analytics.
Monitor employee attendance, daily work progress, productivity, and adherence to departmental KPIs.
Generate and deliver employee KPI reports, team performance reports, and cross-department productivity summaries.
Track department-level KPIs such as:
SEO metrics, content volume, and marketing outputs
IT & Design project progress and deployment timelines
Affiliate performance, campaign accuracy, and QA pass rates
Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and report them to management with recommended solutions.
Ensure all performance records, trackers, and documentation remain accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain clear two-way communication between senior management and all department heads.
Conduct daily check-ins with team leads to capture progress, issues, and upcoming deliverables.
Promote seamless coordination between teams working on interconnected tasks (e.g., marketing ↔ design, IT ↔ QA).
Motivate, mentor, and guide employees to meet performance standards and departmental goals.
Foster a professional, disciplined work environment and uphold company values across all teams.
Support management in implementing organizational changes, strategic shifts, and operational improvements.
Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
Identify system issues, workflow disruptions, or personnel bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.
Oversee QA processes for campaigns, content, and technical deployments to maintain operational excellence.
Escalate critical issues to senior management with detailed context and potential remedies.
Continuously improve processes by evaluating performance data, team feedback, and operational challenges.
Probation Period
All new hires start with a 1-month probation period, during which you’ll receive 50% of your agreed salary. Once you successfully complete probation, you’ll receive your full salary — and note that we never extend the probation period beyond one month.
