∎ Strong understanding of Odoo ERP (experience with manufacturing modules preferred).
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT hardware management.
∎ Knowledge of networking concepts, data security, and system administration.
∎ Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset.
∎ Driving license (Preferred)

∎ Manage and maintain hardware and software systems, including:
∎ Odoo ERP (for inventory, accounting, production, and operations management)

∎ Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
∎ Provide first-line support for troubleshooting IT issues.
∎ Manage system backups, data security, and user account permissions.
∎ Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated support issues.
∎ Support daily factory operations by ensuring smooth system integration with production workflows.
∎ Assist with data management in Odoo ERP, including product entries, account settings, and reporting.
∎ Provide training to staff on the effective use of Odoo and other IT tools.
∎ Monitor and optimize IT-related operational processes to enhance productivity.
∎ Procure, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software licenses.
∎ Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring up-to-date inventory records.
∎ Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Support IT-related project initiatives, including system upgrades and process automation.
∎ Monitor IT service contracts and liaise with vendors for cost-effective solutions.

This role involves hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software, collaboration with third-party service providers, and proactive management of systems critical to production efficiency.
